To Remove Low Level Negative Energies

Daily Energy Set-Up

Imagine there is a cord running from your root chakra (a cone shaped energy vortex at the base of your spine that points down into the earth) allow this cord to drop away and be absorbed by the earth.

Now visualize a large rope coiled under your chair, it is as wide as your bottom, hollow, and infinity long and stretchy. Connect one end of this rope into your root chakra.

On the other end of the rope is a huge boulder, take it and throw it down into the center of the earth and let it connect in. As it connects, it creates a vacuum effect, sucking all the energy that is not serving you in a positive way, out of your aura.

Now, inside this larger cord, send cords from the bottoms of your feet down into the power source in the center of the earth. When this connects in, you will feel energy coming up into your legs and body and out into your aura, energizing you. This will support you energetically all day!

I also recommend “Female Grounding” or “Male Grounding” where you send smaller cords down from each of your reproductive organs (for female: Uterus and ovaries, for male: penis and testicles) and another cord going down your sciatic nerve that runs down your spine and splits down each of your legs, send each of these cords down into the earth about 20 feet. This helps you to stay grounded in your own energy and not take on other people’s energy.

Now, imagine a ball above your head. Sign your full name and today’s date to the ball. Intend and call back all of your energy that is stuck with any person, place, thing, or event in this lifetime or in any other lifetime, any energy on the Astral Plane, or Dream Planes. See this energy coming into the ball and being cleaned and charged up. Request the presence of your Higher Self and Oversoul to please come in to support you with your life and with your purpose. See the ball getting huge and bright with all of your energy, and when you feel like it is ready, poke a hole in your Crown Chakra and in the ball and take a deep breath and pull this energy down into your body and aura. Ask Earth and Source to please create a distinct boundary around your 7th Layer that protects you completely.

Take a moment to relax and enjoy being completely present in your body and life!

Exercise to Clear Karma

1. Choose a person that there is tension or not complete love flowing between you.
2. In your mind's eye, Look above this person's head and see if there are any karma discs, these look like plates or round platters. Some are white, these you do not want to break. If there are dark ones, target these.
3. Scoop up a handful of this person's energy out of your aura and fling it at the karma disc, breaking it.
4. Breathe in all of the lessons and wisdom energy that comes out of the disc into you and exhale all of the lessons and wisdom of this karma to the other person. These are all of the things that you would have learned by playing out this piece of karma with this person. Breathe in and out this energy until it is gone from the disc.
5. Explode all of the pictures that were released from the disc until they are all gone.

Prayer for loved ones that have passed on

Dear God and the Angels,
Please help ( name ) to know who they are and where they are at all times. Please help them to release all attachments to all things both human, physical and material. Please help them to release any un-forgiveness against themselves or others and to accept forgiveness from you. Please provide all of the assistance that (name) may need to move to the highest level of Light possible at this time and give them all of the assistance that they need for the remainder of their life as a soul. Thank you!

Then visualize a time when you were very happy and evoke that feeling to raise your vibration so that your energy is no longer compatible with the low level entities.
